Reports Inside Business Apps

Your reports can be used inside a business app. You can easily add a report inside your business app by dragging and dropping the following:

You will see the following inside your diagram:

You can set your block's name and its icon by configuring the following:

To select your report, click the following button:

You'll be able to see your reports and select the one you wish to display inside the business process:

That's it! Your report will be displayed during the business app execution. The end-users will see the report and will be able to continue with the business app after reviewing the report, e.g.:

Export table data to Excel

The system can automatically export BI report table data to Excel through the no-code application.

To export your table data as an Excel file, first select your report, then choose the following option.

Please provide a title and description for the generated file.

You can choose to either delete previously generated files or replace them.

If you choose Delete, the system will remove all previously generated files (if any) each time you run your no-code app, keeping only the most recent file.

If you choose Replace, the system will retain all previously generated files in the history, while marking the latest one as the current version.

Click the following option to configure access permissions for the generated Excel file.

Send the Excel File by Email

To send your generated Excel file via email, connect the report block to the email block as shown in the diagram below

Select your email connection and configure the email settings, as shown in the screen below.

Next, select the report block. The system will automatically recognize that it is generating an Excel file.

Next, save and run your no-code app. The system will automatically generate an Excel file and send it to your recipients.
