If needed, you can define organizations within your environment. For example, if you have multiple companies operating under the same parent company for which you purchased the product subscription (such as one or more subsidiaries), you can set up those organizations in the system. This allows them to use the same platform while maintaining separation between the organizations. Simply click the menu option below to begin defining your organizations:

After defining organizations, you can assign each department, group, project, etc., to a specific organization. To do this, edit the department, group, or project and select the organization it belongs to:
Each user can be assigned to an organization using the option available in the user configuration screen.
You can apply an organization filter to view menus associated with a specific organization.
For example, if you have a menu assigned to a department of the XYZ organization, applying the XYZ organization filter will display only the menus associated with that organization.
If you define organizations and assign departments and users to specific organizations, you can apply an organization filter to view users belonging to a particular organization:
To view departments, groups, or projects for a specific organization, simply apply the filter shown below:
