Posts

You can send a post from your home page, your or someone else's profile, or a page (e.g. a group, project, department, event, etc.):

Add Location

You can add a geographical location to your post by pressing the following button:

You can type in your city (and optionally your country, separating them with a comma):

Mention People

You can mention a person by clicking the following button:

Then simply start typing your colleague's first/last name(s), and select someone.

Attach a Resource

You can attach a resource to your post by pressing the following button:

A dialogue window will appear where you can select the type of resource you want to attach:

For instance, you can attach a business app. Please note, you can attach only resources you have access to. Once you have selected your resource, it will appear inside the post editor:

Hiding, Deleting, Adding to TODO List

Your posts have a menu where you can either hide a post, delete it (if you have the permissions to do so), or add it to your TODO list:

Like, share, pin, post, comment

You can like a post by clicking the following:

To start sharing a post click the following button:

You can pin a post by clicking the following:

To start commenting a post click the following button:

User Pop-over Menu

By rolling over a person's name, you'll be able to see their information:

The card contains some instant functions which you can execute, such as send a message, add to your TODO list or arrange a meeting:

The card will also show if the person is online, or if not when was the person online the last time.

Report a Bug

Online Availability Status

You can report a bug or a suggestion at any time by pressing the 'Report a Bug' on the right side and filling out a short form. Alternatively, you can add a screenshot by pressing the following button:

Once you have finished, click the 'Submit' button.
