Calendar

Why Do I Need It?

Fenorri Calendar allows adding business apps or TODO List items directly to your calendar. You can also create public or personal events/tasks. The calendar allows you to view other people's schedules. The purpose of the calendar is to make your work more organized. For instance, a TODO list item can contain a report/file/form/post/business app, and by scheduling it in the calendar, you will immediately know what you need to do and what resource do you need to use (for instance 'to review a report' with the actual report attached inside the calendar item).

Open

Open your top menu and click on the 'Calendar' item:

The calendar has an interface where each user can plan their work schedule via drag-and-drop & configuration. You can manage your calendar and view other people's calendars (if access is granted).

Changing the View

You can change your calendar view by clicking one of the following:

Drag-and-Drop Items Into Calendar

That way you'll be sure that you know it's a task for you which can be scheduled. Dragging anything to the calendar is a simple process, and in the next section, you can see how it can be done from your TODO List.

Online Availability Status

Please note, you can also set your status inside your calendar item. For each calendar activity, you can have a separate status, which will be shown automatically during the time of that particular item is current. For instance, you can have a scheduled meeting and set in advance that your status is 'Do not disturb'. Inside your calendar, click on any item and set your availability status:

Meetings, Events, etc.

You can see your events inside the calendar:

You can click on it to edit the settings for your event:

Inside the editing dialogue, you will be able to change your response by selecting 'Attending', 'Not attending' or 'Maybe'. You can also set your online status for that event so that the system will automatically display the status you've selected (e.g. 'Busy').
